Blood provides low during coronavirus pandemic; Red Cross requests donations
The coronavirus pandemic has prompted a basic requirement for blood because fewer individuals are donating.
Blood drives have been canceled the nation over. In Pennsylvania, over 150 drives have been canceled.
The American Red Cross is attempting to reschedule the blood drives and is trusting any individual who is healthy and ready to donate will help.
